Refund policy
Here we offer limited-time deals at an extremely good price. Note: all products could be assorted in terms of colour and size as per availability. We supply merchandise in lots and the quality of the product may vary. We do not accept any kind of returns / refunds in liquidation sales — we do not guarantee the quality of the product, colour & size, as the goods are at the lowest price and so the quality of the product will be as per the low price.

In Liquidation Sale or items with more than 80% discount, the customer gets assorted design, brand and colour. No replacement is provided for OEM (original equipment manufacturer) merchandise sold in deals/offers. Merchandise might differ from the description in case of OEM products or assorted products. We make our best efforts to serve most customers. However, if the location is non-deliverable, we may cancel your order.
About refurbishment
Refurbishment is the distribution of merchandise (usually electronics and electrical) that has been formally returned to a manufacturer or seller for various reasons. Refurbished products are normally examined for functionality and defects before they are sold, and are thus the approximate equal of certified pre-owned vehicles.
The primary difference between refurbished and used products is that refurbished products have been tested and verified to function well and are therefore free of defects, while used merchandise may or may not be defective. Refurbished merchandise can be unused customer returns which are basically new items, or they may be faulty merchandise that was returned under NO warranty and resold by the manufacturer after repairing the defects and ensuring proper function.

- Products running under any deals
- Products bought as combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual products
- Seal-open branded clothes can be returned only if you are not satisfied with the product, as they cannot be resold
